College for the 21st Century
Recent studies and a myriad of online articles have indicated something we have all known for a while: college in the 21st century is too costly. It is true that college costs too much financially, but college is too costly in many other ways as well. Learning doesn’t have to mean sacrificing your Christian beliefs. It should be the opposite. As Christians, learning should fortify and complement our Christian beliefs. Learning should also provide you with the space and time to stay employed, to continue to work at your own vocation while studying great books and great ideas. These are the reasons why for the 2018/2019 year, Chesterton College is offering college-level classes on some of the most important ideas worth studying. We have set up these classes in an 8-week cycle. Are you a high-school senior interested in the liberal arts? Are you a home school mom or working dad? Are you a teacher who loves to learn? Are you a current college student needing better liberal arts courses? These classes are for you.
